Will October Bring Scary Tahoe Donner Sales?

Yes, it will be a very strong month!

As of Oct 11th there are 53 open escrows – 8 closed so far and 45 pending and contingent. Of these 53 escrows, 9 are Condo/Townhomes.

There is very strong activity in the mid priced range – 39 of the 53 escrows are for homes less than $700,000. Needless to say, the inventory in this range is really getting picked over.

This brings the inventory of homes down to 163 Active and 9 Contingent - Single Family Homes and Condos/Townhome. Not much inventory for a development of 5100+ homes. And a strong vote of confidence for home values in Tahoe Donner!

So, put aside that shopping trip for pumpkins and make an appointment with me to see some Tahoe Donner Homes!
