Old Greenwood has a considerable number of Shared Ownership Properties – typically 1/17 ownership shared properties. Available fractional options currently include 40 luxury Cabins and 30 Town Houses. This provides buyers the flexibility to customize any level of ownership with one ownership interest offering 21 days or more each year in their home at Old Greenwood. Many owners choose multiple ownership interests for more frequent visits.
Two and three bedroom Town Homes with one or two car garages are located along the 18th fairway.
