Tahoe Donner Strong Sales Continue

March looks like another strong month for Tahoe Donner Home Sales. We have 11 single family sales, 4 condo/townhomes closed so far with 4 pending and 34 in contingent status. With another 3 days left, the closed number will depend on how many of these open escrows close. Maybe we’ll be in the 20′s for closed sales???

Inventory is still low – there are now 68 Single Family and 20 Condo/Townhomes. This number of course will spike up soon as the Ski Leases expire and some ownes take advantage of this strong market.
