What’s new with Grizzly Ranch?
As you may know the development has been for sale for some time. This is still the situation and the present owners are hopeful to resolve this soon.
Regarding the existing homes, the Grizzly HOA is running normal activities like snow removal, property & building maintenance etc. The HOA is being managed by Associated Management in Reno. I have contact information should you wish to contact them.

Grizzly Ranch is a beautiful community just South of Davis Lake with it’s own Golf Course. It has been having financial problems and is expected to be sold to new owners soon. Some good buys can be had – but there is obviously some risk until the ownership issue is sorted out.
