Prosser Lakeview Estates is conveniently located just north of downtown Truckee, for convenient shopping and dining. And with quick and easy access to Interstate 80, Prosser Lakeview Estates is loved by its residents. Nestled in a lovely, deeply forested setting, this quiet and friendly neighborhood of mostly full-time residents offers a welcoming retreat. This area is close to Prosser Lake, Stampede Reservoir, and Boca Reservoir. Prosser Lakeview Estates does not have a Homeowners’ Association so there are no dues and no amenities. Prosser Lakeview Estates contains over 500 homesites.

Conveniently located close to historic downtown Truckee, Prosser Heights is situated on the back-side of Tahoe Donner and has some amazing views of the Carson Range and Northstar at Tahoe. This small neighborhood has larger homesites, and allows horses.
