The Kings Beach neighborhood sprawls back and up, giving some homesites incredible views of the Lake. Buyers searching for Condominiums/Townhomes near Kings Beach should definitively look at Kingswood Village on the left side of Hwy 267 when approaching the outskirts of Kings Beach coming from Truckee.

Tahoe Vista lies further west from Kings Beach and also has some nice beaches. Plenty of restaurants and hotels line the shoreline in this area, with the more developed communities on the mountain side of the road. Both of these areas feature a mix of old Tahoe cabins and newer homes as well.
